Provide gesture recognizer callback support in the inspector

There is an existing debugPrintRecognizerCallbacksTrace flag in Flutter that provides some support for this area. A minimal solution would be surface that as an option in the inspector.

More involved solutions could include a structured version of this API that supports navigation to the inspector and integration with the console could provide a better solution.
