Feature request: Allow better inspection of TypedData and memory areas

It would be very helpful, especially for people working with FFI to be able to inspect the contents of TypedData's Uint8List, ByteData, memory areas, etc in a nice way, similiar to [the memory-inspector that Chrome DevTools recently added](https://developer.chrome.com/blog/memory-inspector/).

I can see there is a [memory related project currently under way,](https://github.com/flutter/devtools/projects/5#card-51401428) so perhaps this may fall under that?
