People in form not rendering properly after loading from save

**Describe the bug**
When form with a "people" type field is loaded after saving the dropdown is not populated with the correct value instead the following is displayed

**Expected behavior**
After saving a form with a people field the people dropdown should be populated correctly with the saved state.

Running
```
docker run -p 8080:8080 flowable/flowable-ui:6.6.0
```

Reproduzieren Sie das Problem mit dem dokumentierten Befehl `docker run -p 8080:8080 flowable/flowable-ui:6.6.0`, und erstellen und speichern Sie anschließend ein Formular mit einem Personenfeld. Verfolgen Sie den Pfad zum Laden des Formulars für dieses Feld, und überprüfen Sie, dass beim erneuten Öffnen des Formulars das Personen-Dropdown mit dem gespeicherten Wert statt mit dem angezeigten falschen Zustand befüllt wird.
