Use Remote Development extension to break out to the host

It would be awesome to have the new [Remote SSH extension][blog] set up out of the box to be able to connect back to the host and use it as the development environment. This has the potential to resolve all woes with SDKs, tools, and the terminal shell being only available off the container's filesystems.
