Remove app name from summary

The summary should be brief and helpful. It also always shows up along side the app name.

So having the app name in the summary again doesn't make sense.

Open com.visualstudio.code.metainfo.xml at line 9 and inspect the current summary alongside the app name. Remove the redundant app name from the summary, then verify that the metadata remains valid and the summary is brief and helpful.
