npm is missing, it's installed on my host however

I get this for all build tasks in the FlatHuub VS Code. None work, even though the default extensions seem to include npm integration and npm is installed on my host. So there seems to be some packaging issue or something.

Reproduce the npm run compile task inside the FlatHub VS Code package and inspect how the packaged environment exposes host tools. Compare the task behavior inside and outside the package; done means the reported npm-based build tasks can launch successfully in FlatHub VS Code.
