Freezes/poor performance on Framework 12

## STR

Open Clapper playing video (from filemanager in my case).

What happens: It totally freezes the whole desktop.
What should happen: No freeze, Firefox or so can play videos (/the same video) without problems.

Non sono indicati file sorgente né test. Inizia riproducendo il percorso di riproduzione video del file manager nell’ambiente Framework 12 segnalato, quindi confronta il comportamento con Firefox e restringi la causa utilizzando le versioni indicate di GLib, GTK, Adwaita, GStreamer e Flatpak. Il lavoro è completato quando la riproduzione non blocca più il desktop.
