Description
First time using Winetricks with Protontricks will ask if the user wants to help development by sending telemetry data. I believe that's annoying and that most users would disable it, so I propose to make it disabled by default for all users and so the question won't appear anymore.
To achieve that, the following file needs to be created after installation:
`~/.var/app/com.github.Matoking.protontricks/cache/winetricks/track_usage`
It should contain the following:
`0`
That's it.

Start by locating the repository's Flatpak packaging or installation entry point that can create this file after installation. Verify that a fresh installation creates the file and that the Winetricks telemetry prompt no longer appears.
