Option to show notes on links

First, I want to say a big Thank You for this great extension. I used to use it on some real estate sites to make notes on pages of some houses. So if I come back after some days later I can see my earlier notes on these pages. But to see a note I need open the target page by clicking on its link in the house list. It would be a great improvement if the note could be shown before clicking on the link to the target page. (when the link is hovered)
