To be able to use Firebase emulator and Firebase storage. I need to be able to override host.

Allow us to pass StorageOption to FirebaseOption

To move from Google to AWS.

Start by tracing the FirebaseOption and StorageOption APIs to understand how storage configuration is currently passed. Done means callers can provide a StorageOption through FirebaseOption and override the storage host for the Firebase emulator; add or update the relevant tests if the existing test structure identifies them.
