downloadHandler sometimes doesn't work

Hello,

I have a Shiny app that renders a html rmarkdown based on some parameters set within the application using the downloadHandler element.

When I open the stand-alone app created with RInno and try to download the RMarkdown most of the times it doesn't work. I doesn't downloads an html file in the Downloads folder.

But if I open the app within RStudio it works fine.

Do you know what can be causing the issue?
