## Expected Behavior

Same tests run for `libskycoin`'s `SKY_api_*` functions shall be repeated for Ruby API wrappers .

## Specifications

- Version: 0.25.0
- Platform: all
- Subsystem: all exported API sets

## Possible Solution

Consider Skycoin test suite to write same test cases for Ruby REST API library .
