App notarization for OSX
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
[Notarization](https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=06032019i) for Mac apps, installer packages, and kernel extensions that are signed with Developer ID is enforced by Apple in order to run on macOS Catalina.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Figure out and implement notarization for OSX wallet app.
