Add parseParams to search(); attribute defaultSearchTypes

parseParams shall be added to allow specific searchTypes only.
users shall be able to set defaultSearchTypes attribute so that only those types will be search per default. Default search types shall be set using a parameter and take precedence. Links that are generated by the Installer shall include the search type in order to further restrict the search result. This behavior shall be customizable using attribute searchLinksStrict:0,1.

The search result page shall allow to interactively set search types.

The default behavior shall be that authors and Perl packages are not part of the search result.
