Ingest Live Stream

I would like to ingest a live stream and output to another endpoint

For example:

ffmpeg -listen 1 -i rtmp://source-server/stream01 rtmp://destnation-server/streamkey

searching for solutions..... all kinds.... too many and too nebulous (right now) to list here....
