Uncaught (in promise) Error: File could not be read! Code=0 at FileReader.r.onerror

**Describe the bug**
A specific file seems to be failing with an error code of `Uncaught (in promise) Error: File could not be read! Code=0 at FileReader.r.onerror (fetchFile.js:10)`

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go [Here](https://limbo-encoder.netlify.app/)
2. Add The Following [Video File](https://lightology.synology.me/drive/d/s/621592441098645923/CwGtgQapg9M-SiQgtLnMekNKMwbcH1Qo-s7GgZhdXoAg_)
3. Click Convert
4. Error Will Show Up In Console

**Expected behavior**
Other files I tested seem to work, so I don't know if the issue is with specific files, or something else. File is still able to be played normally.

- OS: Windows 10
- Browser Chrome
- Version 90.0.4430.212

**Additional context**
Unsure why, but multithreading never worked for me, so I don't know if that's related or not to the issue.
