Hyper-local tutoring

Let students ask their questions on the site and let volunteers answer their questions. Volunteers are more advanced students (current students or past), teachers, or random web users.

Figure out a way to pair volunteers with the type of questions they like to answer.

Allow tutors who are looking for clients to post answers. Incentives: way to build up their reputation to help find clients, leaderboards of top tutors/answerers.
