Feature Request: Enhance by Notification

## Notification

When a command is complete (new prompt writes like `Jack ~/ $`), if the terminal is not the active window, send a notification.

When a task is running (writes something like `[*************************-----------------------------]` or using `Write-Progress`), detect it then send a notification with a progress bar.
