Profiles: can't use relative shell paths

1. Make a new profile and use e.g. "pwsh.exe" as the path to the shell
2. Make it the default
3. Open a new tab

I get a permanently empty tab without a descriptive text and can't close it (the "x" does nothing).

Using the full path makes it work.
