feat: Support for JSON/Map variable type

**Description**

Is it possible currently or feasible in a future version to add support for `json` or `Map` type variables? So that they can be accessed using key names in the mustache templates like this `{{variable['key']}}`.

I think we can pass json encoded strings to `string` type variables currently but I'm looking for the key based access on variables inside the template.
