0.0.8: pytest is failing in few units

I'm packaging your module as an rpm package so I'm using the typical PEP517 based build, install and test cycle used on building packages from non-root account.
- `python3 -sBm build -w --no-isolation`
- because I'm calling `build` with `--no-isolation` I'm using during all processes only locally installed modules
- install .whl file in
- run pytest with PYTHONPATH pointing to sitearch and sitelib inside

Start with tests/test_integration.py, especially test_noquiet_installed_packages and test_regular_run_native_toxenv, and reproduce the reported pytest -ra run after the PEP517 wheel install with PYTHONPATH set to the install prefix. Compare the failing package ordering, package count, and exec_prefix assertions with the captured output. Done means the affected integration tests pass in the reported non-root packaging workflow.
