[BUG] `register_features` throws a "KeyError: 'guid' ..." error when the same name features are already registered.

### Describe the problem

`client.register_features()` raises KeyError: 'guid' exception if the features are already registered.
Expected behavior is either overwrite (or accepts `overwrite=True` flag) or throw a more informative error, describing the feature names are already registered.
