Ceedling Plugin?

Hello,

I really like the tool, but it doesn't integrate well with one of my favourite tools, [ceedling](https://github.com/ThrowTheSwitch/Ceedling). The problem is on ceedling's end, as they do not support having a static analyzer run as a part of the unit tests, but I'd like to make a plugin so that I can run infer as a rake command for ceedling.

Is there anything I should know about licensing with respect to trying to package infer to run as a plugin for ceedling?
