Flow Try silently ignores URL when it can't be decoded

If you link to flow try with an invalid URL (eg. when something has chopped the end off) it ignores the URL input.

eg: https://flowtype.org/try/#lfhgfjdsklaskfjhskjfkhbjdslfhbdlsfhdifugjbvsnkshegf

This is especially confusing because it will then load whatever you last had open from a previous session.

It would be good to at least provide a message to the visitor that the URL could not be loaded.
