Support intervals for Numeral and Ordinal

Cf https://github.com/wit-ai/wit/issues/1389.

We have intervals for most dimensions (e.g. `Time`, `AmountOfMoney`, `Quantity`, `Duration`, `Temperature`...).

We could also extend support for `Numeral` and `Ordinal`:
between 5 and 10, below 10, above 7
between first and third

However we need to make sure dependent dimensions behave properly:
between 5 and 10 minutes
over 68 degrees
less than 10 gallons
I'll be here in between 5-10 minutes
let's meet in 5 days - 10 days
