Support for recurring times

Hi, feature request: support for recurring times.

For example:
"every wednesday"
"every weekday at 1pm"
"the next 4 weekends"
"every 3 days until the end of the month"
"every 15 mins"
"every hour until the end of the day"
"a week before the end of every month"
...
