Automate documentation of Expert features

We should document supported features, similarly to how we are currently documenting them in the [elixir-lsp.org repo](https://github.com/expert-lsp/expert-lsp.org/tree/main/_pages/docs/features)

Features include both supported LSP features as well as unique Expert features

We should have that repo pull the docs from the expert repo to keep them in sync
