Developer Privileges Exercise solutions can't be submitted - missing a test?

Description
Hi,
I don't see a way of submitting solutions to the Developer Privileges exercise.
After running tests the results panel shows 1/2 Tasks completed, but, the content shows both as complete. It also looks like it does not run the test to get "Anders" in task 2. The submit button remains disabled. Not sure if this is the result of an error that's not displayed?
