casting - add reference to BitConverter class

Although the `casting` exercise dwells more on type conversion and reference types we do enumerate all the various ways in which way one type can be converted to another. The BitConverter should be mentioned in _after.md_ (with a reference to the `integral-numbers` exercise) as it is closely related.
