ESP07-S and ESP12-S modules don't wake from DeepSleep

Dear ESP8266 Team,

I used the ESP8266 for many years and I now bought some ESP07-S and ESP12-S modules.
The essential for my project is deep sleep.
What I reconized is the "s-modules" have problems with wake from deep sleep.

The schematic and wiring is shown here:

- G0: pulled up 10 K
- G15: pulled down 10 K
- RST: pulled up 10 K
- G16: connected with RST

But it show that the RST pulses differ:

What has changed in wiring inside ESP modules?
The ESP12-S shows the shortes pulse width of < 5 us compared to the other modules > 20 us, why?

Esaminare lo schema ESP8266 collegato e le forme d’onda RST segnalate per i moduli ESP-01, Wemos D1 mini, ESP07-S ed ESP12-S. Determinare se il problema rientra nell’Arduino core o se è causato dall’hardware del modulo, quindi documentare una diagnosi riproducibile e un metodo verificato per ripristinare il risveglio dal deep sleep.
