Some proposed stdlib filesystem tests

Comienza localizando el módulo de pruebas de la biblioteca estándar de CPython que cubre os, los descriptores de archivo, las tuberías y TemporaryFile; después, ejecuta las pruebas existentes del sistema de archivos bajo Emscripten. Añade las tres pruebas propuestas donde se pruebe el comportamiento relacionado del sistema de archivos; se considera terminado cuando están incluidas en la suite de la biblioteca estándar y pasan sin provocar regresiones en otras pruebas.

The following three tests are failing on Emscripten main because of my faulty dup implementation. @tiran didn't notice and fix it, and indeed the Python stdlib tests don't seem to notice that dup isn't working. I would be happy to make a PR adding these to the standard library tests given advice on where to put them.
