Reproduce the drag-and-drop behavior in Firefox 148 on NixOS, using the attached video as the reference. Trace the image drop positioning from the relevant editor entry point, then verify that dropping at a line end consistently places the image below the line while an intentional drop above remains above.

What’s broken?
Drag and drop of image at the end of a line locates image up or down. It's not consistent.
What did you expect to happen?
It should always be at the bottom. If I wanted it above I've put my cursor above.
