Specify surface in addition to well name, find best match

Currently we use the well pick with the largest measured depth. We can improve this by also allowing a surface name to be specified. We will probably have a single unique well pick for the relevant input surface in the CCS applications of this script.

Note that we should try to find the best match for the surface name, in case there are minor differences ("-" vs "_" etc).
