Using webviz for ccs solutions outside FMU

Background: Customer needed to use our solutions but only had a standalone eclipse model ie has no FMU project. During implementation of our solutions ie scripts and plugins some files from RMS workflows are needed and some issues arose:

- [ ] Error with co2_containment script:

This error was solved by rerunning simulation as the model was missing the BGAS and BWAT.

- [ ] Co2_leakage plugin required that MAX_SGAS maps were available i.e to run aggregate map script. This requires .roff files exported by RMS. error message:
