Bump the port number in port_mappings form if ports are taken

if there is already a mapping eg `10000` -> `x` you should be blocked from addiing another port mapping from that (external) port.

not sure if the validation works correctly here.

certainly, even if port 10000 is taken its what is the default in the form, which it shouldnt be
