Provide time-sampled stats output

To observe temporal behaviors, it would be ideal to have time-sampled stats output. This would also allow for scripts that can generate interesting plots, reports, and comparison of different benchmarks.

Something like `--sample_frequency_ms=xxx` would suffice.
