Hey! I just found out that in the Gateway API BackendTrafficPolicy is supposed to be attached to the arbitrary backendRef. https://gateway-api.sigs.k8s.io/api-types/backendtrafficpolicy/
targetRefs
Service OR ServiceImport OR an implementation-specific backendRef
However, as far as I understand Envoy Gateway's BackendTrafficPolicy can only be attached to the Gateways or the xRoutes. I am just curious where does this difference come from? Will the support for targeting backendRefs be added?
