Hey,
I've just been going through the forks I had been starting to reference in an app I am working on and noticed that I had already submitted a PR to this repo in the past, which got merged, but there hasn't been a release so far.
Would it be possible to release a new version, the includes this feature? https://github.com/ember-cli-deploy/ember-cli-deploy-fastboot-app-server/pull/8
