Flatpak version has different prompt in terminal pane than in Terminal app

### What Happened?

In the Terminal app (and the native Code app) the prompt is taken from the system environment variable `PS1` defined in `etc/skel/.bashrc` possible modified in `~/.bashrc`. However in the FlatPak app this variable defaults to `$FLATPAK_ID \W]\$` which is less helpful.

### Steps to Reproduce

Run Flatpak Code and look at terminal pane

### Expected Behavior

The prompt shown should match that set by the user in their `.bashrc` file.

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)
