### Description
Topics get updated very infrequently, so any change may leave the user wondering what changed. Having some sort of button in the timeline event to view the topic may help, or bolding parts that changed. Taking the approach of "TravisR changed the topic from 'test' to 'test2'" would probably be too verbose for most rooms.
