Showing updated quote after edit—Difference between official clients: iOS vs Web, Desktop, & Android

**Describe the bug**
A certain common, plausible sequence of actions causes a difference in displayed text among different platforms supported with official clients. Element on iOS appears to behave differently than Element Web, Desktop, & on Android. It will reflect different quoted replies to participants, without laboriously inspecting edit histories.

**To Reproduce**
When
- a message A is sent,
- a message B quote-replies to message A—showing msg A in block quote—,
- and then message A is edited.

**Expected behavior**
Element iOS should behave the same as element web and android, updating a quoted message in a reply when edited.

Start by reproducing the reported sequence in the iOS client: send message A, quote-reply with message B, then edit A, and compare the displayed quote with Web or Android. Done means iOS updates the quoted reply to match the other official clients.
