Short number followed by point seems to be understood as a list

**Describe the bug**
When I write a single message with the following content : 2020., element iOS show an empty message.
Related to [similar issue on web version](https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/14621)

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. write a message with `2020.` content

**Expected behavior**
Show "2020." content

**Screenshots**
Sent message is empty, so I've nothing to screen :')

**Smartphone (please complete the following information):**
- Device: iPhone XR
- OS: iOS 14
- Version 1.0.16 master #20201013143907

**Additional context**
I guess that it's caused by markdown behavior with lists, but is it acceptable behavior ?
