3rd party licenses: Generate automatically licenses page from CocoaPods acknowledgements

In order to manage automatically third party libraries licenses instead of managing them manually in `third_party_licenses.html`. We can:
* Continue to have a dedicated screen in the app:
* Parse CocoaPods `acknowledgements.plist` manually to populate a screen.
* Use this Pod to generate the screen without effort: https://cocoapods.org/pods/Acknowlist
* Set licenses in external application settings (Settings.bundle):
* Generate the file for all libraries: https://github.com/CocoaPods/cocoapods-acknowledgements
* Use `cocoapods-acknowledgements` plugin to have fine control on license to generate: https://github.com/CocoaPods/cocoapods-acknowledgements
