Volume slider doesn't drag in Safari

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a call
2. Click on the volume icon of a stream to open the volume adjustment dialog
3. Try to drag the handle of the volume slider

### Outcome

Handle drags up & down the slider

#### What happened instead?
Handle doesn't move (but does move to where you click on the slider)
