Configuration to restrict element-admin instance to certain homeserver

I don't want others to use my hosted element-admin to administrate *their* homeserver.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Skip the first screen to enter the server name. Immediately proceed to mas of the configured homeserver.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
