Support for redis cluster client

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I am using a Redis cluster and when using a Redis cluster client, it doesn't get captured by the APM, so I'm using custom instrumentation.

I would like an instrument that can also be used in a Redis Cluster.

Would it be possible for me to contribute as well, if feasible?
