Elastic APM support for Minik framework

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
We are using using minik framework in our AWS lambda based application. Trying to instrument it with Elastic APM doesn't work.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I understand frameworks like Flask and Django are supported.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Are there alternate ways to work around this. Any sample code that can injected to enable instrumentation?

Beginne damit, das im Issue gemeldete Integrationsproblem mit Minik in einer AWS-Lambda-Anwendung zu reproduzieren, und vergleiche es anschließend mit der im Issue erwähnten bestehenden Instrumentierung für Flask und Django. Als abgeschlossen gilt die Aufgabe, wenn Minik-Anwendungen erfolgreich instrumentiert werden können und die unterstützte Einrichtung oder der Beispielcode dokumentiert und durch geeignete Tests abgedeckt ist.
