Investigate SecurityManager test failure for 10.1.0-jdk17-temurin

The `JakartaeeTomcatWithSecurityManagerIT` has been disabled for the image `10.1.0-jdk17-temurin` in #3952, as it is failing.
Based on the logs the agent seems to work correctly, but something is wrong with the test setup: The `status.jsp` returns 500 instead of 200, therefore the container is never considered ready.
