WWD shortcuts to comment or uncomment code are wrong out-of-the-box (see #532 as well)

There is a bug it seems (at least on Windows) with the shortcut to comment lines of code.

I didn't find the way to comment out lines of code initially when using Wild Web typescript editor. I tried CTRL+SHIFT+/ or CTRL + / but those didn't do anything.

So I found issue report #352 and tried CTRL + SHIFT + C as suggested there. It still didn't work...
Then I used mouse as suggested in #352 - right click in editor / Source / Toggle line comment and that worked. And it showed as key shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + c. (so lowercase c) It started to work only after I edited the shortcut via window preferences / Keys to CTRL + SHIFT + C (capital C).

Also CTRL+SHIFT+L (the "Show Key Assist" shortcut) doesn't show this key shortcut correctly. I can only see there "Toggle Line Comment (CTRL+/)".

Please:

1. Make the shortcut(s) work out-of-the-box for both full-line comment/uncomment (//) and partial comment/uncomment (/**/).
2. CTRL+SHIFT + L ("Show Key Assist") when I have focus in the editor only shows "Toggle Line Comment (CTRL+/)" which, of course, doesn't work. Please make it show correctly the available commenting/uncommenting shortcut(s) in that popup.

Beginne mit dem hier beschriebenen Verhalten der Editor-Tastenkürzel und von Key Assist und vergleiche die erwarteten Tastenzuordnungen mit Issue #352. Überprüfe unter Windows die Tastenkürzel zum Aus- und Einkommentieren vollständiger und teilweise ausgewählter Zeilen und bestätige anschließend, dass CTRL+SHIFT+L die funktionierenden Tastenkürzel auflistet, wenn der Editor den Fokus hat.
