Add workflow to compile and test C++ Hello World with QEMU (aarch64)

### Description
We need a workflow in `toolchains_qnx` (or alternatively in `module_template`) that validates end-to-end toolchain functionality by compiling and running a minimal C++ program on an aarch64 hypervisor.

The workflow should:
1. Compile a simple C++ **Hello World** example using the QNX toolchain.
2. Boot the program in QEMU (or another supported aarch64 hypervisor).
3. Verify that the expected **Hello World** message is displayed.
4. Ensure that the workflow uses a **standard QEMU version** (without any custom patches).
